The 2011-2012 legislative session brings an entirely new state legislature and a new Administration to Wisconsin. BioForward will be working on a variety of state issues this session, including a bioscience jobs initiative that is aimed at increasing investment in bioscience companies in Wisconsin and carefully monitoring the move toward restructuring the Department of Commerce to ensure that, as a part of any restructure, Act 255 and other critical programs to our members are protected and preserved.

The content varied, but all of the news involved the companies’ plans to refocus their business strategies on a promising new area of medicine: biologics. Read more.
