On Friday, June 19, ASBM sent a letter to Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner urging him to sign SB 0455, which would permit biosimilar substitution. Colorado’s biosimilars bill letting pharmacists provide patients with generic drugs in place of name-brand biotech medicines now needs only a governor’s signature to become law.
